Arrival

Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. It is required that you have a clean/makeup free face and eyes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time spent applying extensions. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled. If you are late, but within the 15 minute window, please know that I will get you as full as I can in the time provided. You will still be charged the full price of the service booked.

Contact Lenses

Contact lenses must be removed before appointment. Leaving them in can cause irritation and dryness during and after service. The fumes from the adhesive can also get under the lens, creating an unpleasant feeling throughout your appointment.

Children

My lash room is very small and can only accommodate myself and my client. No children or guests are allowed under any circumstances. Please reschedule if that is the case.

Rescheduling/Canceling

A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This will not go toward any future appointment.

No Shows

Any no show will be charged 100% of the service booked. It will not go towards any future appointment. A confirmation text and/or email is sent 72 hours before your appointment. By confirming, you have acknowledged that you will be there for your appointment. A final reminder text/email will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reason. You are paying for the product, service, time, and expertise that I provide as a lash artist. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment with your concerns. If it is a fault of application or product, I will provide a complimentary 30 minute touch up. Any concerns brought up after 72 hours, or if you do not follow proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged full price for the service.

Sickness/Family Emergency

A one-time, last minute cancellation or rescheduling will be allowed in the case of infectious/contagious disease, or family emergency. Please contact me as soon as possible. If you come to your appointment, and I notice that you are audibly/visibly sick, I will cut the appointment short, and that will count as your one-time cancellation.

Other Artists’ Work

If you have gotten work by another lash artist, I am more than happy to work on your lashes! However, there is a possibility that your previous artist might have done a less than stellar job, and a removal might be required. Lash certifications and trainings are unfortunately unregulated, therefore I can’t guarantee any work that hasn’t been done by me. My priority is your natural lash health, and your ability to get lash extensions indefinitely. If a removal has to be done, a full set of lashes will be applied at the full set price. If the integrity of your lashes look great, I will proceed with the new client touch up. This is a one time price, but the new client touch up price must be honored. I want to make sure I have all the time needed to create what you want.

After Hours

There is the off chance where you might have to squeeze in an appointment after my normal business hours. This is something that can be made possible, but only on a case by case basis. Any after hours appointment will be subject to an additional $25 fee. Please contact me directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
